Attach to email adobe

No solution yet. My users having this issue also get that blank box when they click on the email button. I haven't been able to find any solution as of yet.

Uninstall, reboot, reinstall worked for me. If you reinstall before rebooting it did not work. I am having the exact issue and I've tried setting the default only for it to fail. However, I discovered this morning it may have something to do with the normal.
