If you move the auxiliary switch 1 or 3 [Figure 2], the auxiliary functions move at fast speed; release the switch to stop auxiliary functions. Press the auxiliary hydraulics button 1 [Figure 1] a second time. The light 3 [Figure 1] will be ON.
To disengage, press the auxiliary hydraulics button 1 [Figure 1] a third time. Both lights 2 and 3 [Figure 1] will be OFF. Push the switch 1 [Figure 3] to the right or left to change the fluid flow direction of the front quick couplers. Press again to disengage. Reverse flow can be used only with augers, power rakes, sweepers, tillers, and vibratory rollers. To release from continuous operation, press the front switch 2 [Figure 3] a second time.
The secondary front auxiliary quick couplers 1 [Figure 8] are available a Field Installed Accessory. Connect the attachment to the secondary auxiliary hydraulics 1 [Figure 8]. Leanmixture in slow circuit Faulty air cut-off valve Faulty ignition system Backfiring or misfiring during acceleration. Engine top-end problems usually affect engine performance. These can be diagnosed by a compression test, or by tracing top-end noise with a sounding rod or stethoscope. If the performance is poor at low speeds, check for a white smoke in the crankcase breather tube.
If the tube is smoky, check for seized piston ring. Incorrect valve adjustment Burned or bent valves Incorrect valve timing Broken valve spring Uneven valve seating Valve stuck open. Excessive carbon build-up on piston head or combustion chamber Worn or damaged decompressor system. Leaking cylinder head gasket Worn, stuck or broken piston ring Worn or damaged cylinder and piston Bent connecting rod Compression too high, overheating or knocking.
Worn cylinder, piston or piston rings Improper installation of piston rings Scored or scratched piston or cylinder wall Abnormal noise. Incorrect clutch adjustment Worn clutch discs Weak clutch springs Faulty clutch lifter Improper oil viscosity or oil additive used. Figure 9 Push switch 1 [Figure 9] to the right or left to change fluid flow direction. NOTE: The secondary front auxiliary hydraulics and the rear auxiliary hydraulics operate from the same auxiliary section of the control valve.
To operate only one of these auxiliary functions, disconnect the other. Understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Changing and Using Attachments Make sure attachment is securely fastened to loader. Bob-Tach levers should be fully down and locked with wedges extended through attachment mounting holes.
